At a hotel in Nagasaki

Since Kaori-san wears traditional Japanese clothing at the shrine, she only wears pajamas when traveling. This is a rare shot taken by a girl from the photography club—a classmate—during their school trip to Nagasaki. Pajamas are actually a bit tricky to work with, though. You can't really have the character go outside in them. And having young women hold a real-life pajama party feels a bit risky. In the end, a hotel room while traveling was the only setting that came to mind. I started by writing a simple Japanese prompt referencing the second image and adding Kaori's attributes in English. After tweaking the reference image and prompt about three times using `gpt-image-2` at "low" quality, I added a pajama pattern, switched to "medium" quality, and tested out peony and rose patterns.
