The toy store has turned into a shoe store!?

👿 "There should be a toy store around here, so I'll take a quick look while I'm out for a walk... Hmm?" 👿 "W-w-what... It's become a shoe store!?" 👿 "I-I guess this is just the way of the times... It's a little sad..." 😞📱 *Tap tap* 👿 "Hmm...? That shoe store and toy store have the same parent company... I guess they're downsizing..." 👿 "I'm feeling a bit down, but oh well... I guess I'll go to my usual model shop before heading home..." The original source is a toy store called "Hello Mac." It seems that shoe stores often ran toy stores as a side business, but for various reasons they closed down the toy business, renovated the building, and integrated it into their main shoe store business. This was a common occurrence. Since Chiyoda, the parent company, has produced models of Hello Mac and Tokyo Shoe Distribution Center, they might be good additions to dioramas. Hello Mac still comes up in conversation often, so it seems to live on in everyone's hearts.
