I'm working hard on creating AI with a fourth-generation i7 and a GTX1050-2G. Although my work is still crude, I'd be grateful for any criticism or encouragement.
I created this using StableDiffusion. It took a while because I only had 2GB of VRAM, but I was able to get this far. If you're hesitant because you don't have much VRAM, why not give it a try?
