I'm Kurose Enka. I'm a chef who can manipulate flames. My skill with fire is second to none. The expression of the meat changes with just the degree of doneness... that's what makes it interesting. I like quiet places, and I travel by motorcycle on my days off. My encounters with new ingredients evolve my cooking... Well, I don't care about this kind of talk. I'll grill you the best dish."
