A poem about the great Cthulhu and his children

In the depths of cosmic expanse, a dark deity awakes, Cthulhu, the ancient one, with tentacles that make hearts quake. A being of immense power, beyond mortal comprehension, Emerges from the abyss, heralding cosmic ascension. With grotesque form and madness imbued, Cthulhu, the great old one, brings terror and truth. From the sunken city of R\'lyeh, he rises, With a cult of followers who are willing sacrifices. But amidst this nightmare, a story unfolds, Of a child born of chaos, a tale yet untold. A being of both worlds, a hybrid divine, With a heart that yearns for love, a soul that longs to shine. For in that monstrous union, a glimmer of hope resides, A creature destined to bridge the cosmic divides. With a touch of humanity, born from forbidden embrace, They embody duality, both horror and grace. As they traverse this world, surrounded by fear, They seek understanding, longing to be near. The child of Cthulhu, born of ancient lore, A symbol of unity, their fates intertwined forevermore. For even in darkness, there\'s a flicker of light, A ray of compassion, piercing through the night. In the depths of their being, they find solace and peace, Embracing their destiny, their love shall never cease. So let us ponder this tale, of a father and child, Of Cthulhu, the elder, and his offspring so wild. For within the depths of horror, beauty can bloom, And even in Lovecraftian nightmares, compassion finds room.
