"Gazef Chronicles" 4-Panel Version Episode 8 "Major Freak's Melancholy: Rearguard Reversal"

The Third Reconnaissance Battalion's Greatest Crisis Communication Officer: "Message from Headquarters: [The Third Reconnaissance Battalion is to continue fighting until further orders are received.] That's all." Freak: "They're using us as pawns... but we can't retreat in this formation." Elsa: "Then let's make the headquarters' main force the rearguard 💛" Freak: "Huh?" Elsa: "It's simple. We just need to lure the enemy onto the headquarters' main force's retreat route." Freak: "You're not going to attack headquarters, are you?" Operation Name: Rearguard Reversal Elsa: "Of course not... We'll change course like this." Freak: "Hey. With this retreat route..." Elsa: "Yes." Freak: "The headquarters' main force will be in front of the enemy." Elsa: "That's right. If you want your pension, you have to survive 💛" At this point, the color drains from Freak's face. 🤣 Communication from headquarters: "Contact with the enemy's main force! Lieutenant Colonel Caris is requesting reinforcements!" Elsa: "Oh dear, how pathetic are the high-ranking nobles." Elsa's eyes were black... Elsa: "Major, we have been ordered to be the rearguard." There was no lie. From the rear, it looked like the battle was continuing. There was no disobedience of orders... however... Communication soldier: "Communication with headquarters lost!! We can't get in touch with the commander or any other senior commanders!" Elsa: "Among the currently surviving commanders, the Major is the highest rank." Elsa: "I have your orders, Major 💛... You want your pension, don't you... The rearguard operation was a success 💛" Behind that cute face, there was black... Freak closed his eyes, then slowly opened them. He takes a deep breath and shouts into the radio... Freak: "This is Major Freak, commander of the Third Search Battalion!! Due to a surprise attack by the enemy, communication with headquarters has been cut off, and I will be taking temporary command!! All troops retreat!!! Anyone who can move, retreat!!! Abandonment of vehicles and heavy equipment is permitted!!!" *Johnny Comes Marching Home (YouTube) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDVNmaJK4h0&list=LL&index=816
