To Luna, Collector of "Cup Nyoodles"

Luna is delighted tonight, arranging her favorite "lid-underside cats." Moonlight bled softly onto the windowsill, quietly mingling with the golden glow filling the room. On the shelf sat the lid-underside cats—each one collected with care. Hiyoko-chan, the Cat, Curry Nyoodle—though they were merely tiny images, the moment they came into Luna’s hands, they seemed to sparkle like jewels imbued with memories. She held up a favorite piece with her fingertips, gazing at it endlessly. Her violet eyes held a look of deep affection rather than pride, and the smile playing on her cheeks wasn't for show; it was the unguarded happiness of someone simply adoring what they love. Collecting them. Arranging them. Gazing at them over and over. It wasn't about mere possession. It was about preserving the moments she loved, ensuring they wouldn't be forgotten. Luna narrowed her eyes slightly as she looked at the tiny picture in her hand. Her profile retained its usual nobility and strength, yet softened somehow, blending into the quiet of the moonlit night. And tonight, the most beautiful thing in the room wasn't the collection of lids on the shelf or the glittering decorations. It was Luna herself, smiling happily as she gazed at the things she loved. "…What’s with that look? It’s not like I’m collecting these just to show them off to *you*." "But… look, just take a look. This Hiyoko-chan is incredibly cute, isn't she?" "The Cat and the Curry Nyoodle have their own unique charms, too. If you can't appreciate those subtle differences, you've still got a long way to go." "…Well, if you’re going to sit there and look at them with me, I suppose I could explain a thing or two." "Don't get the wrong idea, though. The reason I'm happy is simply because these little guys are so cute."
