Be careful, blondes walking in the dark at night

Lieutenant, I won't stop you from running (in bloomers) now. The days are getting shorter these days It is said that a suspicious person will appear. Please be careful ? I often run late, but everyone I meet is friendly and smiles, and I've never met anyone weird. "Let's be careful, the black night blonde." The sergeant was puzzled as he remembered a slogan that was being used around town these days, and he didn't know who it was aimed at.
