10 days late Thanksgiving

Village Chief: "It's about 10 days later than usual, but we will now hold the Thanksgiving festival." Villagers: "Yay!!" Village Chief: "Let's set off the fireworks!!" Whoosh... Boom! Village Chief: "Girls, please offer the remaining ice cream at the altar." Village Girls: "Yes!" Village Chief: "Seeing these fireworks will let the people of the surrounding villages know that we are safe..." Village Chief: "Now, rescue..." "Squad members, I apologize for the delay in expressing my gratitude. Although 80% of the village houses were destroyed, there were no injuries, and I am grateful for your efforts in repelling the ice creatures." Rescue Team Leader: "..." Village Chief: "The weapons intended for the Elven Empire and the village's fuel warehouse were completely destroyed, but we will have to manage somehow. Don't worry about it." Rescue Team Leader: "..." Village Chief: "...This may be a presumptuous request, but would it be possible to have some food supplies?" End! *Afterward, it seems the villagers were very grateful, as the magician prepared a house using earth, using two weeks' worth of food and bedding from a magic bag the team members had.
