Seniors going to vote

This day (10/27). The senior person summoned the section members and staff members who had finished voting before the deadline or by this time (at his home). He himself wore a frock coat and rode in a limousine, followed by a Hummer with armed personnel (the voting center was an eight-minute walk from a junior high school). He entered the junior high school gymnasium at the polling station with a cigarette in his mouth, but for some reason the staff and election officials were unable to say anything. After reverently voting and taking the exit route, I bowed to the election board and returned to the limousine, heading home. It was a busy off day... *Those who protect the peace, order, and law of nations and the world tend to disregard detailed rules. (Is that a problem?)
