I finally solved the mystery of this challenge! All I needed to do was raise both arms above my head and touch my hair while wearing pigtails. I was able to create this shape using "arms up, hand on hair," but the success rate in a standing pose was low, so I found it easier to create this pose using a one-knee pose (basically kneeling on one knee, sometimes kneeling on both).
