the time reeds begin to bud at waterside

One of the 72 constellations (first constellation of Kokuu, around April 20th to April 24th). It\'s getting warmer and warmer, and not only the fields and mountains, but also the waterside reeds begin to bud, and slender bamboo shoot-like buds protrude above the water surface. The old name for Japan is ``Land of Mizuho in the Rich Reed Fields,\'\' and reeds are the grass that represents Japan, which has many waterfronts, and reed fields have been considered a symbol of the country\'s rich land. Reeds have a very strong ability to purify dirty water, making them essential plants for water purification, and they also serve as nesting sites for many birds and small animals.
