Why do I keep getting cat-related themes on weekends?! Time for a protest attack! (The Niinii Roku Incident)

Why did the cat theme come on the 18th (Sun) and 24th (Sat), two consecutive weekends when I'm incredibly busy! I wanted to participate with a cat theme...orz And the weekday Cat Day on February 22nd, which I might have been able to participate in, was skipped... Is February 18th a pun on 218 (Niya)? By the way, International Cat Day is August 8th. In Italy and Turkey, Cat Day is apparently February 17th. When I searched for February 24th, all I found was "The Black Cat in the Bush." Black Cat Day is August 17th (USA), October 27th (UK), November 17th (Italy). They don't overlap at all! Oh, by the way, I originally planned to make a parody of Delacroix's "Liberty Leading the People" (the last two images), but the collarbone wasn't very noticeable, so after various things happened, it ended up like this (lol).
