This is a work submitted for Hourart AI\'s North Wind theme. Since it was a north wind theme, I tried to generate it using the Retro Modern Town series. Here is the result I created with DALL-E3 while wondering how to express the feeling of a north wind. I can almost feel the wind...! The Japanese-style illustrations and vertical letters...it kind of feels like an enka jacket. I like the ephemeral look. Now, take a look at the boys and girls in the retro-modern town who are feeling the north wind.
