Thank you for visiting ♪ While working on anime drawings, I am also dabbling in generative AI to study. It might not be possible to post every day, but I would like to be able to post pictures that tell a story, even if it's a small number. (*I only post and view comments on AI drawings with AIpictors)

"Today we're having roasted duck, duck soup, and duck soba! It's a meat you don't see very often!" 1st picture: Roasted duck 2nd & 3rd pictures: Duck soup (I emphasized the meatiness (lol)) 4th-6th pictures: Image of duck farming (rice cultivation) 7th picture: Thank you, duck... ★The following is for those who are willing to read a longer text Aigamo (domestic duck) is a hybrid duck created by crossing wild mallards and domestic ducks. It's a duck that has been improved for food, and it seems that much of the duck meat sold is "aigamo." It seems to be a relatively easy meat to obtain, but I've never come across it for sale. By the way, well-known dishes made with aigamo seem to be "kamo nabe" (duck hot pot) and "kamo soba." The thumbnail and the first image, "Roasted Duck (though it's hard to tell if it's duck meat from the picture, lol)," have recipes in books and online, but I've never actually eaten it. I'd love to try it sometime. Among Japanese rice farmers, there are some who use "duck farming," where ducklings are used for weeding and pest control, producing rice with reduced or no pesticides. (Images 4-6 are for reference.) These farmers make a living from rice production and processing the ducks once they become adults, selling the meat. I don't know how many farmers across the country do this, but they're definitely a minority.
