Nobleman of the Age of Exploration (Governor of a colonial city)

I wrote an ocean adventure fantasy novel set in a world reminiscent of the Age of Discovery, in order to include illustrations for a certain contest entry. “El Pirata Del Grimorio ~Pirate of the Grimoire~” (*See URL below) I created an aristocrat who is about to head to a new land (the New World) by ship in order to become the new governor of a colonial city. It was quite difficult to create this Spanish and Portuguese look from the Age of Exploration. The pleated collar (bellow collar) is not generated at all. By the way, it is more effective to say \"metabolic syndrome\" than \"fat\" to make someone gain weight.
