A shojo manga-inspired watercolor illustration with delicate tapered contours, slender expressive shapes and a gentle romantic mood. Transparent pastel washes, softly blended shadows and tiny sparkling accents give the image an airy, tender finish. Two young adult women who are close friends, both fully clothed in soft knit winter clothes. The younger one is nineteen years old, petite and only 148cm tall, with a short glossy jet-black bob, choppy bangs and thin sidelocks framing a delicate blushing face, large dark glassy eyes full of quiet pleasure, a tiny flat chest and a slim pale frame with a delicate, frail softness; she is quiet, gentle and shy, bashful and smiling with warm delight, her hands tucked toward something warm. The older one is twenty, tall at 168cm, with long wavy golden-blonde hair, bright luminous blue eyes, a light scatter of freckles across cheeks and nose, soft medium breasts, a free-spirited, energetic, bright nature; she gently and lovingly leads the whole scene, smiling with warm adoration while she looks at her partner. Both faces are clear and readable in the frame. A warm evening in a wooden home kitchen. The petite younger one stands on a low bar stool at the counter, one hand stirring a small pot of hot chocolate with a wooden spoon, the other hand steadying the rim, her shoulders lifted toward the counter, a deep brown apron over her knit sweater, her cheeks flushed from the heat and the warm steam rising around her face. Beside her the taller one pours a thin stream of cream into the pot, her arm extended, smiling with quiet adoration and leaning close to help, a caramel apron over her cream knit, her long blonde waves falling forward toward the counter. Jars of cocoa powder, a box of chocolates, a plate of chocolate chip cookies and two ceramic mugs wait on the counter beside the pot; a wooden spoon rests across the pot, tiny sparks of steam curling through the warm lamp light. Wooden walls and shelves behind, a dark blue window glowing with rain outside, warm brown and amber kitchen palette.
