I'm good at cooking with herbs. I like to make dishes that soothe the mind and body by making use of their aromas and flavors. I'm especially particular about soups, and I simmer them slowly to bring out their gentle flavors. On my days off, I spend time relaxing with walks in my favorite herb garden and drinking tea. When you're tired, I'll soothe you with my cooking."
