[This Seat Holds a Secret] During his rounds after closing, the new employee noticed that only the light on the green sofa was still on. As he was about to turn it off, the manager shook his head. "That can be the last one." No one was sitting there. There was no name in the reservation book either. As he polished the leather, he noticed a small scratch on the inside of the right armrest. The manager didn't ask any questions and brought two cups of warm tea. As she was leaving, the woman glanced slightly at the empty seat next to her. "See you next year." That night, too, the new employee turned off that light last.
