夕暮れの海岸線を駆けるアクションシューター

A cute Japanese female, in her 20s. She is running along the beach, taking a selfie with a small black action camera held above her head. Her light brown hair is tied up in a ponytail and sways wildly, with several strands falling into her face. She has healthy tanned skin and a bright smile. She is wearing a white tank top with a bright turquoise windbreaker tied around her waist, gray shorts that reveal her toned legs. She is wearing several colorful friendship bracelets layered on top of each other and a sports watch. She is in a dynamic pose, leaning her body to one side and kicking up the sand with one foot. Her arm holding the camera is stretched out high, and the other arm is flowing naturally behind her. In the background is the orange sunset sky and sea. The backlight makes her look slightly silhouetted, but her face is lit by the setting sun, creating a dramatic effect. The composition has a dynamic quality, like a panning shot from the side.
