禁書庫に眠る「月刊OUT」
人類が高度な文明を築き月にまで行けた時代に「月刊OUT」と言う本が存在した。 その本には当時の異才である、さくまあきら氏・堀井雄二氏・えびなみつる氏・芦田豊雄氏・ゆうきまさみ氏・諸星大二郎氏等、蒼々たる者が名を連ね、熱狂的な読者「アウシタン」と呼ばれる信者を生み出し社会問題になったとかならかったとか・・・ 現在は王立図書館の禁書庫に厳重に保管されており、閲覧可能な者は限られている。 さくまきら氏が担当した読者コーナーの投稿に「ラッキーあまくさ」という謎の文章有り、有識者の間では何を意味するのか議論となっている。

There used to be a magazine called "Monthly OUT."
It was basically a magazine about subculture, but it was unique compared to other magazines published by other major publishers.

"Troubling Artesia" and "GUNDAM CENTURY" are legendary projects.
Avid readers (also called believers) called themselves "Ausitans" and even held gatherings.

There were also many hidden Ausitans, which seemed to be a problem for readers, or maybe not...
The reader submission corner was intense, and a brilliant group of talented people such as Akira Sakuma, Yuji Horii, Mitsuru Ebina, and Toyoo Ashida gathered to work on it.

It was also a valuable magazine, with serialized manga by Masami Yuki and Daijiro Moroboshi.
